Many people have responded enthusiastically to the TV series “The Monastery”, filmed here at Worth Abbey and Abbot Christopher’s books “Finding Sanctuary” and "Finding Happiness". Those coming for the first time might find the retreats: “Finding Sanctuary” or “Finding Happiness” the best ones to start with. “Time to listen, Space to Grow” is particularly for those less familiar with any church or religion.
