If you would like to find out more and you live in England and Wales you can contact the Catholic Enquiry Office. (If you are in Australia, where 'The Monastery is being broadcast at the end of 2007, see below.) This is part of an official agency of the Roman Catholic Church. It exists to:

• Stimulate interest in Catholic life and beliefs
• Promote a better understanding of Catholic life and the Church
• Respond to enquirers

The service is free and every enquiry is dealt with in the strictest confidence. We do not send people round to your house.

Our approach completely respects the right to privacy of the individual concerned. However, should someone want more information or to talk to someone about the Catholic faith, we are happy to do so.

Austalia

The Catholic Enquiry Centre (CEC) is the national faith promotion outreach of the Australian Catholic Bishops' Conference. CEC was founded in 1959 for the better knowledge of Christ and the Catholic Church in Australia. The Centre aims to assist Catholics seeking a return to faith practice (pastoral), to offer clear information about the Catholic Faith for those who are searching for faith, and for people of other religious backgrounds (evangelical), and to promote inter-religious understanding (ecumenical).
